Work Center Program Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting participants with daily tasks and skill development
- Supporting individuals in setting and achieving personal goals
- Following and implementing person-centered plans
- Providing encouragement, structure, and support throughout the day
Qualifications for position
- Desire to support adults with developmental disabilities
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of related experience preferred
- Ability to transport clients for community training (if designated, using company vehicle)
